Butt Prints In The Sand
One night I had a wondrous dream,
One set of footprints there was seen,
The footprints of my precious Lord,
But mine were not along the shore.

But then some stranger prints appeared,
And I asked the Lord, "What have we here?"
Those prints are large and round and neat,
"But Lord they are too big for feet."

"My child," He said in somber tones,
"For miles I carried you alone.
I challenged you to walk in faith,
But you refused and made me wait."

"You disobeyed, you would not grow,
The walk of faith, you would not know.
So I got tired, I got fed up,
and there I dropped you on your butt."

"Because in life, there comes a time,
when one must fight, and one must climb.
When one must rise and take a stand,
or leave their butt prints in the sand."

While one of my favorite things to do is read, I hate doing the reports on the books I read. A report I am working on now is The Samurai, a great book by Shusaku Endo. I also love listening to music. My favorites being Classical, Foxhoven Family, Karl Kohlase, and John Michael Talbot.

My favorite things to do when I am not taking care of siblings or animals are reading, neopets, howrse, and funtrivia, and reading different Catholic Blogs for girls. I won't be around next Tuesday because Peter has hernia surgery and I have to go of course. If anyone who reads this could pray for him I would be much happy. Thanks.

My Family

I guess I should talk a little about my family.Patrick is 12 and me and him don't always get along. Ian is 11 and loves building with legos. Dale is 9 and draws wonderfully. His favorite thing to draw is neopets. Ben is 7 and very hyperactive. Peter is 5 and very quiet. He has Conjestive Heart Failure. When Peter has had to stay in the hospital I have to go to take care of the baby. Peter can't be without his DS or his laptop. He uses the laptop to do his websites neopets, hot wheels, lego, mega blok, and beanie 2.0. Then there's Cecilia the 3 year old girl. Her favorite show is Gilligan's Island. She has seen every episode and her favorites are the ones with bombs and the one when Gilligan goes bald.

I Love To Bake

I am the baker in the family. My main is bread. With flour,salt,yeast,oil,and water, I can make three loaves of good bread. We think it tastes better than the bread in the store. I also make cakes for birthdays, muffins, rolls which is the same as the bread only I add a cup of sugar.

My Life

With five brothers and two sisters life can get a little hectic sometimes. Especially the mornings. With goats to milk, horse to feed, poultry to let out and feed, and usually bread to make. My name is Keely, I have red hair and I am 5 ft,7in. I am 17 and I am the oldest in my family, the youngest being 7 months and the next oldest being 13 years old. I am also a Catholic. God has been a big help for me. By giving me A Maiden's Wreath. A blog that has truly helped me.
